Yes. Every item — rudraksha, yantras, malas, and idols — is cleansed and energised with the appropriate mantras before it leaves us. Each order ships with a short guide on how to install and care for the item at home.

We source directly from trusted suppliers and check every piece before dispatch. Yes, within [7] days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene and sanctity reasons we can’t accept returns on [malas/idols once energised and used in puja] — but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost.
